How does every thing work? - Kevanna Studios will be set up at your Convocation from 10:00am till 6:00pm.
- We will be having two identical studios set up during this event.
- You can view sample images of the backdrop and poses on the event posters around campus and on this site.
- Your job is to call Kevanna Studios 759-8532 to book your session.
- The only FEE that is needed to be paid is your session fee of $15.00 (this includes tax). This fee is paid when we take your photograph. At each session we will be taking various poses of you with and without cap if desired. You will also be able to add parents, family or friends during your studio time.
- We will be booking sessions every 10 minutes so please come early to help prevent any wait time.
- You can view all our special pricing for Convocation Day prior to your session on this site.
- Please check out the price list which has more information to make your photography session run smoothly.
Viewing your image Can I have my Graduation portrait done prior to Convocation day at your studio? - Yes you can. Kevanna Studio is a local professional photography studio with 22 years of experience.
- If you would like to have your graduation portrait taken prior to your event you just call and book. However, session fees and print pricing with be off our regular graduation price list.

- At Kevanna Fine Photography we use a web site proofing system for all graduation photography. For those who do not have computer access paper proofs may be requested.

- We accept payment when you place your order. (After the photographs have been taken.)

- A $20.00 handling/bank fee will be added to all returned cheques.

- Each student ordering with paper proofs must return your proof with your order. If the proof is not enclosed we will not process your order.
Family Discount Plan. - Deduct 20% off when more than one graduate is ordering from your family. Please note other graduate's names on each order sheet.
Portrait Day May 25, 2007 10:00am to 6:00pm Please call ahead for your appointment - Clothing. We always recommend that some thought and care be given to clothing attire.
- As only your collar shows we generally recommend a solid colour such as white or black. Please note that white creates a nice contrast to the black gown, and black creates a continuing effect.
- Makeup. Generally we recommend you wear everyday make up. If you have blemishes we recommend you use a cover up of some type as this could save you on retouching charges.
- Glasses. While we try our best to minimize light reflections, we cannot guarantee they will be completely reflection free. If this is a big concern we recommend you go to your optometrist and borrow an empty pair of frames for use during your portrait session.
- Hair. This is not a good time to experiment with a new hairstyle. Your hair should be at its best and in a style that those receiving your portraits are accustomed to looking at.
Retouching. - Retouching can be done to correct any facial blemishes you may have. There is a one-time charge of $20.00 for each proof ordered from.
- You do not have to order retouching unless you wish it.

- Web site image viewing -your print code is your picture file number
- Proof image number is on the front in black ink. Please do not remove this number as it is the number you will need to order from.
- Make sure you return the original proof with your order as it is the only way we can guarantee you will receive the right image.
